My idea for this blog is to talk about media. I am hoping to showcase the future life of a journalist. The field of communication is changing every day. In the past few years, journalist have not only had to use scripts and TV broadcasting, but also twitter, Facebook and Instagram lives in their every day tools. In the future, I bet there will be more technology that will need to be used to keep storytelling relevant in our fast-paced society. So, I would like my project to focus on the future lives of new station employees and the consumers (society.)

I woud like my setting to be a new station.

    Nice job tying this assignment into your own area of study. Not only is technology changing at a rapid pace, but the cultural role of journalism has been dramatically shifting.

Ideas for Project 1: What does the future hold? I want to focus on the advancements of technology and how it is going to shape the future. The ultimate goal is to make technology as useful to humanity as possible, but what happens if we inadvertently become completely reliant on technology. My project would look at how technology has advanced over time, what advancements are coming and how they are/are going to affect society. We already are seeing new generations developing addictions and dependency on the technology around them. I want to look at the pros and cons of becoming a world that has integrated technology into every aspect of life.
