My idea for this project is the future of America.  I want to look at Americas future political system, future ecosystems, and future economy. Im thinking with the current politicians in office there will be changes to the American political system maybe a third party. I think with current coal and lumber usage the ecosystems in the US are going to disappear or become to polluted to use, and I think the future economy is going to crumble, the Us is in a system where the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer and unless something changes I feel that its going to destroy the economy

    This is an ambitious project idea and perhaps you may end up narrowing it down a bit, but all of these topics - political, economic, environmental - are certainly topical and worthy of examination.

Ideas for Project 1: What does the future hold? I want to focus on the advancements of technology and how it is going to shape the future. The ultimate goal is to make technology as useful to humanity as possible, but what happens if we inadvertently become completely reliant on technology. My project would look at how technology has advanced over time, what advancements are coming and how they are/are going to affect society. We already are seeing new generations developing addictions and dependency on the technology around them. I want to look at the pros and cons of becoming a world that has integrated technology into every aspect of life.
